2. Nature of the page
The page is informational and marketing-oriented. It presents the current CrewShift/Zmianowo offer and its relationship with the Brillnet ecosystem, including Pulsar GRC.
The landing page itself does not create a user account, subscription or paid contract. Registration buttons lead to the live application at https://app.crewshift-app.com, where registration, the trial and checkout take place.
Use of the application and its subscription are governed by the application terms and the documents presented for acceptance before payment. The public trial terms below are available before registration starts.
Information about features, availability and pricing may change as the product evolves.
3. Trial, card and cancellation
- The trial lasts 14 days and requires a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card supported by Stripe.
- The card is not charged when the trial starts.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues on the paid Professional plan.
- You can cancel before the trial ends; the paid subscription will then not start.
- Prices shown on the page are net prices; applicable tax may be added.
4. Available features
The page may include:
- information about CrewShift/Zmianowo and Pulsar GRC,
- a contact or demo request form,
- an organisational readiness assessment,
- links to Brillnet and related product pages,
- links to registration, the trial and checkout in the application,
- a cookie banner and cookie settings,
- an optional chat widget if the user consents to the functional category.
Using the page is voluntary. Providing data in a form is voluntary, but necessary to handle the request.
5. Acceptable use
The user must use the page in compliance with law and good practice. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- submit unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights or malicious code,
- attempt to bypass page security controls,
- overload forms, endpoints or infrastructure using automated requests,
- impersonate other people or provide misleading data.
The operator may use technical safeguards, including rate limiting, honeypot fields and Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect the page against spam and abuse.
6. Forms and contact
Submitting a contact form or readiness assessment does not guarantee that a contract will be concluded or that application access will be granted. The operator may respond by e-mail, propose a call or request additional information.
Form content should relate to a business inquiry, demo, early access or implementation consultation.
7. Page content
Materials on the page are informational. They are not legal, HR, audit, tax or compliance advice and do not guarantee that an organisation complies with any regulation.
Decisions concerning implementation, compliance, training, employee documentation or audit remain the responsibility of the organisation using the information or application.
8. Intellectual property
Page elements, including text, layout, graphics and the CrewShift, Zmianowo, Pulsar GRC and Brillnet marks, are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
The user may browse the page and use its content for their own informational purposes. Copying, publishing or using materials for commercial purposes requires the operator's consent unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Availability and changes
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the page available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The page may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, infrastructure changes or third-party provider issues.
The operator may change page content, features and legal documents if the product, law, infrastructure or operation of the page changes.
10. Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy.
Rules for cookies, localStorage and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties should first attempt to resolve it amicably.
These terms do not limit consumer rights or other rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
