Sound familiar?

Three situations that cost more than the budget shows

The problem starts when training leaves an attendance sheet, but no answer to who knows the current version.

A spreadsheet nobody trusts

The training list has a life of its own

Last updated in April. Three people have left and two joined in June. A week before the audit, somebody rebuilds the list from email and memory.

Forty minutes and a signature

Attendance does not show what people understood

Slides, attendance sheet, signatures. A month later the same mistake returns, with no clear answer whether the rule was unknown or simply forgotten.

Three versions at once

Nobody knows which instruction is current

Version 4 hangs by the entrance, version 5 sits in a manager’s email. Some people on the shift last saw version 3.

How it works

From document to confirmation — four steps

Start with one procedure you already need to introduce to the team.

01

Upload a document

An instruction, procedure, policy or incident note. PDF, Word or pasted text.

02

Receive a draft

A short lesson and check questions tied to a specific source and version.

03

Review and approve

Edit the content. Nothing reaches the team until an authorised person approves it.

04

See the result

Check completions, scores, overdue items and the material version without searching several files.

Before you ask about artificial intelligence

The tool prepares a draft. A person publishes it.

Human approval cannot be switched off. Nothing reaches employees until the person responsible for that area approves the material.

  • Every lesson identifies its source and version number.
  • You can see who reviewed the material and when.
  • A certificate confirms training; it does not assess an employee.
  • Application documents are stored in the EU; limited technical metadata may be processed globally by listed subprocessors.

Questions

What is worth asking before registration

No marketing shortcuts and no hidden limitations.

Can I start without a sales call or presentation?

Yes. Register your organisation, choose a plan and start the 14-day trial yourself. A Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card is required, but no charge is made during the first 14 days.

Our people do not have work computers. What then?

Training opens in a phone browser. An employee receives a short material and test without installing a separate app on the device.

Our auditor still requires a paper signature.

You can export and print the report. If a regulation, customer or internal procedure requires a handwritten signature, CrewShift does not remove that obligation — it organises the data needed to prepare the document.

How long does the first training take to prepare?

It depends on the length and quality of the source document. The trial lets you test the actual time on a real procedure instead of a sample.

Our data is in Excel. Can it be moved?

The import scope depends on the spreadsheet layout. During the trial, start with a small group and check the required format before moving a larger list.

Can a certificate be used to assess an employee?

A certificate confirms completion of specific training under recorded rules. It is not an employee assessment and should not determine an employment decision on its own.

What happens after 14 days?

If you do not cancel, the paid Professional plan begins under the terms shown during registration. You can cancel before the trial ends.

Start with one procedure

Do not rebuild the training list from memory before an audit.
